Report a tool problem

Include the page URL, your browser and device, the steps you tried, and what happened. For export problems, say whether you chose PNG or GIF and whether a built-in preset works. Mention any custom font or texture involved. You do not need to send your original image to report a problem.

If a screenshot would help, remove private messages, names and other personal information before attaching it. Never send passwords, account tokens or payment details. Please do not send a full browser network log containing private information.

Correct a guide or report a rights concern

Include the relevant page URL and identify the sentence or image. For a rights concern, explain which material you represent and what use concerns you. Credit and a source link do not imply that a resource is freely licensed.

Privacy questions

Explain the concern using the minimum information needed. We cannot retrieve an editor image that stayed on your device. You can clear saved site data in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for local storage details.

Before reporting a problem, the creation guide, GIF troubleshooting and Vessel walkthrough may help. We do not promise a particular response time.
